On the sidelines of the 2016 African Cup of Nations, the Angolan Handball Federation is organizing a training course for coaches, within the framework of the agreement between the African Handball Confederation (CAHB) and the French Handball Federation (FFHB). This seminar, which takes place under the aegis of the CAHB, brings together some 60 Angolan technical staff of different levels since Tuesday 29 November 2016. The theoretical and practical sessions are animated by the French Paul Landuré, Reader of the International Federation and the European Federation of Handball. The Angolan national men’s team, in preparation for the 2017 World Cup, which will take place next January in France, will take part in these training sessions which will run until 3 December 2016.

– Current trends in specific physical preparation
