The semi- finals of the Africa Nations Cup of Handball were harshly played this Monday 5th December in Luanda.
The match Senegal vs Tunisia (title holder) saw the victory of the Lions of Teranga, who had been very determined once the match started and with the support of the player Doungou Camara (most valuable player of the match).  Senegal was leading the match and imposed itself at the end by the score of 26-20, thus respectively qualifying for the final of the CAN and for the World Championship, for the first time in their history.
The Lions of Teranga will play the final against Angola who defeated Cameroun by the score of 31-19.
So the final will be really attractive this Thursday 7th December 2016 at the « Pavillon des Sports » of  Kilamba.
Note that the classificaation matches for the 5th 6th 7th and 8th places gave the following results :
Algerie vs Congo: 27-31
Côte d’Ivoire vs Guinea: 23-20
