The Council of Administration of the African Handball Confederation met this Friday 08^th April 2022 by videoconference in order to examine the candidatures received after the call for candidatures addressed to the member federations in view of the organization of the 25^th and 26^th Men’ Seniors Africa Nations Cups.

So, The Council  studied the candidatures of Angola and Egypt to organize the 2022 CAN and the unique candidature of Egypt to host the 2024 CAN.

After examination of the applications, the Council allocates the organization of the 2022 CAN to Egypt, subject to the results of the mission of inspection  of the sport infrastructures and hotels.

Concerning the organization of the 2024 CAN, the Council after taking note of the unique candidature of Egypt, decides to make another call for candidatures in order to favor the candidatures of other member federations.

In that framework, one month delay maximum from the date of publication is given to the interested federations for the sending of their application file.
