Women’s World Championship Spain 2021: Recap of the first two days of the African teams
After long days of excitement, the 25th IHF Women’s World Championship started on Wednesday, December 1 with a spectacular opening ceremony in line with the Spanish culture.
The opening match of this prestigious competition was played between Spain, host country of the World Championship, and Argentina. After a difficult first half (11:10), Spain completely dominated Argentina after the halftime and won with a 16-goal margin (29:13) at the final whistle.
The second day will see Congo and Tunisia play their first games and the third day, Cameroon and Angola.
