The results of the draw ceremony that took place on Thursday, May 26 at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West Hotel in Egypt, the four (04) groups of the Africa Nations Senior Men 2022 are as follow: 

GROUP A: Egypt – Morocco – Cameroon

GROUP B: Algeria – Gabon – Guinea – Kenya

GROUP C: Tunisia – Cape Verde – Nigeria

GROUP D: Angola – Democratic Congo – Senegal – Zambia
